Hybrid Orthodontic Technique (Combining Fixed Orthodontic Appliances & Clear Aligner Treatments): Hands-On Workshop, Sydney

The Hybrid Orthodontic Technique combines the use of fixed orthodontic appliances as well as clear aligner treatments. The 2-day intensive Hands-On Workshop focuses on hybrid orthodontic techniques, such as the optimal staging, sequencing and timing for combining fixed appliances with clear aligners — particularly in cases involving non-compliance, difficult tooth movements, increased biomechanical demands, or the need for greater treatment efficiency. Rather than undertaking long and costly fixed orthodontics CPD programs, participants will learn only the essential, practice-relevant skills required to support and enhance aligner-based treatment plans. 12 CPD hours are awarded for participation.

Description

BOSS Fixed Appliances Workshop will allow you to do fixed appliances as a supplement to your clear aligner treatments, without needing to do long and expensive CPD programs to learn these skills. Best suited to BOSS Diploma graduates or active participants.

I completed the AU course at the end of last year and can honestly say BOSS (now Digital Orthodontic College) has completely changed my approach to clear aligner treatments and increased my confidence with treatment planning immensely. Dr. V is incredibly dedicated, providing a lot of support through one-on-one coaching, online webinars, and addressing individual questions on the platforms.     Over the 18-month period, there are many opportunities to have your cases evaluated through individual coaching sessions as well as monthly, and occasionally biweekly, webinars which is a great value.
